Crystal Cruises has eliminated its fuel surcharge for all 2009 sailings due to the drop in fuel prices.
Any new bookings will not be charged the fuel surcharge and for any bookings under deposit Crystal will adjust the bookings in the next two weeks.
Crystal Cruises president Gregg Michel said: “The decreased price of crude oil is significant enough to warrant the elimination of the fuel surcharge at the present time. We will continue to monitor fuel costs. Fortunately, the price trend is currently positive for us and for the consumer.”
