Cosmos adds five islands

Cosmos has introduced five new Greek destinations to its summer programme for 2009. New islands include Lefkas, Santorini and Skiathos, while mainland resorts Halkidiki and Parga have also been added.

Peloponnese new for Cadogan

New for 2009, Cadogan Holidays will feature the Peloponnese on the Greek mainland and the volcanic island of Santorini.

Olympic cruises and hotels

Olympic Holidays has added a programme of three, four and seven-night Greek islands cruises from Piraeus this summer, starting from £575. New properties include the five-star Cavo Spada hotel in Zante and the Imperial Rhodes.

Rhodes addition is Classic

Classic Collection Holidays is featuring Rhodes for the first time for summer 2009. The operator has introduced nine five-star properties, including two adult-only hotels.

Argo expands Greek offering

Argo Holidays has expanded its product in Crete and Rhodes for 2009. A wide selection of four and five-star properties are now available, including the five-star spa Atrium Prestige Hotel in Rhodes.

New Stansted-Athens flight

Aegean Airlines added a third daily flight to its Stansted-Athens route on December 15.

Get active at the Sani Resort

Sani Resort in Halkidiki is holding a Gourmet Food Festival (May 15-24), a summer breakdancing camp for teenagers, and Discover Halkidiki weeks in October to raise awareness of the destination.

Pre-book on SunIsle website

SunIsle Holidays has added a new section to its website, enabling agents to pre-book activities such as cookery lessons, and is expanding its portfolio in Skopelos. The company is also including supplier failure cover at no extra cost in its summer 2009 Greek island holidays.
