Kuoni sales director Manuel Mascarenhas is leaving the business after less then a year at the company.
In a statement Kuoni said he is leaving “by mutual agreement” to pursue other career opportunities.
Mascarenhas joined the company in February 2008 from Thomas Cook where he was a director.
The Kuoni statement said: “Manuel has made a strong contribution to the business, including fostering excellent working relationships with the trade and helping drive the launch of our flagship stores and Personal Travel Consultant channel.
“We would like to extent our sincere appreciation to Manuel for his hard work and commitment to Kuoni, and to wish him well in his future endeavours.
“In line with the company’s strategy over the past year, it has become increasingly clear that the focus of the sales division will broaden beyond traditional sales channels.”
