Dan Whitehouse is moving from Titan Travel to become marketing director for Saga Holidays and Cruises.
He joins the over-50s specialist in April following a “significant review” of the senior marketing team.
Whitehouse will report to Saga Group marketing director Stuart Beamish and be responsible for leading Saga Travel’s marketing function.
He previously worked in the Saga marketing department and moved to the Saga-owned escorted tours specialist in 2011 after a period as marketing director for the AA.
The appointment follows Saga preparing for the delivery of two new ships in 2019 and 2020, more than doubling cruise capacity.
Saga Holidays has also increased flexibility within the holiday booking process, introducing more regional airport departures and enhanced the experiential elements of the holidays.
