Airlines face grounding aircraft and disrupting passengers due to fresh strike action across France tomorrow.
A total of 110 easyJet flights have been cancelled due to the national strike in France tomorrow.
These include 14 flights between the UK and France which will no longer operate.
The budget airline has been forced to cut its flying progamme on Thursday at the request of French aviation authorities.
“EasyJet will be doing everything possible to minimise the effects of the strike action for our customers,” the airline said.
“Affected customers will be able to transfer their flight free of charge or receive a refund and hotel accommodation and meals will be provided for passengers where required.”
Ryanair warned that it had been forced to cancel an unspecified number of flights tomorrow due to the industrial action which will involve air traffic controllers.
British Airways said: “We are expecting further periods of industrial action by the main air traffic control trade unions as part of a national strike in France on the evening of Wednesday 21 March and all day on Thursday 22 March.
“Yet again this will unfortunately bring another wave of unnecessary disruption for some customers travelling in Europe.
“We are sorry that your flight could face disruption, which is beyond our control, and we recognise that you may not wish to travel as a result.
“We have therefore introduced a more flexible rebooking policy to help customers travel on alternative dates and avoid the strike action.”
