n Superlative signs up with Travelink



Concorde specialist Superlative Travel has become TraveLink’s 30th client and the fifth tour operator to take the Cardiff company’s clientserver-based tour operator system. The client server is based on two computers – the client PC, which sits on the customer’s desk, and the centralised computer server.

The Nord Tourist Board in France, which represents the regions of Flanders Opal Coast, Flanders, Greater Lille, Hainaut and Avesnois regional nature park, has expanded its Web site to include details of millennium celebrations in the area and atwo-for-one museum ticket offer with Eurotunnel. n gds supplier unveils free internet tool



Galileo International has launched a free Internet self-help tool, Web Based Help, for travel agents using the Apollo global distribution system.It offers real-time communication with the Atlanta Support Center Help Desk, on-line documents, trouble-shooting tips and answers to frequently asked questions. There is also a search engine.



n WIZCOM signs up VAGABOND AND SYNXIS



WizCom International has signed US hotel group Vagabond Inns andWeb-based hotel reservation system SynXis Corporation to use its Wizdom global distribution system switch. The move will give both companies distribution through all the GDSs. Vagabond Inns, which has 30 properties, previously had to process bookings manually via Sabre and Galileo only.
