Internet specialist Explorer Travel hopes to recruit up to 40 homeworkers and purchase one or more existing homeworking networks within the next 12 months.
“As well as recruiting experienced homeworkers we are looking to buy small homeworking networks from struggling agents” said managing director and founder, Steve Wood.
The company, which was set up nearly five years ago, currently has franchisees who sell specialist holidays online and over the phone. The sites are very niche, and include opera holidays, Red Sea holidays and luxury train travel.
