ABTA has launched its online recession toolkit to help its members fight the recession.
The kit includes tips on cost effective marketing, risk management, ways of saving money to how to motivate staff.
ABTA head of communications Casia Zajac said: “With a global economic downturn reaching all sectors and countries businesses are struggling with factors outside their control.
“So, it makes sense to look at aspects of the business you can control such as business planning, marketing, overheads and staff motivation.”
