TV chef James Martin has been crowned top celebrity cruise chef for his Bistros on board cruiseline Ocean Village.
The poll conducted by CruiseCritic.co.uk saw James beat Michelin starred Marco Pierre White and Gary Rhodes into second and third places respectively.
The survey also revealed that 60% of British cruise passengers make cuisine quality and reputation a priority when choosing a holiday company.
The Bistros aboard Ocean Village and Ocean Village Two are waitered service restaurants offering modern British and Mediterranean flavours.
James will be visiting each ship during Summer 2009 sailings giving demonstrations and cooking meals for passengers.
