Faremine has become the only scheduled flights specialist to become an affiliate member of Clia.
The company, part of the family-run Gazelle Travel group, said it would work closely with Clia to deliver flight expertise to the cruise sector as a “long term partner”.
Emma Taylor, Faremine’s national account manager, said: “We are looking forward to working closely with Clia members to deliver our flight expertise tailored to the cruise sector, and individual agent and tour operators’ specific requirements.”
Andy Harmer, Clia UK & Ireland director, said the new relationship would be “a great asset” for all its members.
He said: “We are delighted to welcome Faremine as a new Clia partner.
“This new relationship will be a great asset for all our agent members and bring them opportunities in both the river and ocean cruise sectors.”
Chris Oakes, Faremine’s head of sales, added: “We strive to give the best possible service and our recent partnership with Clia adds to Faremine’s growing portfolio of consortia and association affiliations, ensuring we continue to provide the precise service and expertise required by each sector.”
