Seabourn and Holland America Line have recruited two new members to the lines’ sales team.
Emma Paolino, formerly reservations coordinator at both brands, joins as business development representative south, and Matt Betteridge joins from Princess Cruises as business development representative north.
Betteridge will report into Bekkie Skipp, who is business development manager for the north and Scotland.
Business development manager Dani Scannella will oversee Paolino in her role.
Director of sales Wendy Lahmich revealed both Paolino and Betteridge would have their own account management responsibilities but initially their roles would be office based at Carnival House in Southampton.
Meanwhile, Katie Noviss has been promoted to business development manager from assistant business development manager.
Her accounts will now include tour operators, Alaska, designated key accounts and offshore business.
Lucy Harris has been made a senior business development representative after holding the role of business development representative for nearly two and a half years.
