The Travel Network Group has launched its latest marketing campaign aimed at getting customers thinking about their next holiday during the heatwave.
Members who opt in to receive the Ready When You Are materials will get a marketing tool kit that includes window banners, a Ready When You Are-themed video, consumer e-shots and window squares with offers for departing from local airports.
Reflecting on how the UK heatwave had affected sales, Si Morris-Green, the group’s marketing director, said: “It’s a really mixed bag across our membership.
“Some of our members say that sales have dropped off as a result of the good weather, while others have not seen any impact at all.
“In any case, the summer holidays are upon us and there are still some great deals to be had.
“This campaign will hopefully help drive consumers into our members retail outlets to discuss either holidays for late 2018 and 2019.”
Morris-Green added: “Members have been very complimentary about it saying it’s one of our best yet.”
