THOMSON is in takeover talks with Finnish operator Finnmatkat as it continues its expansion into Scandinavia.
The market leader confirmed it has opened discussions with the operator but declined to comment any further. Talks are believed to have been going on for two months. Finnmatkat is owned by national carrier Finnair and is the country’s third-largest operator.
