Royal Caribbean’s Club Rewards bookings reach 370k

Royal Caribbean International has marked the anniversary of Club Rewards by revealing nearly 370,000 bookings have been registered on the agent loyalty programme in four years.

Club Rewards members have registered 369,907 bookings – the equivalent value to sailing in Royal Caribbean’s Ultimate Family Suite on back-to-back sailings continuously for 18 months.

Around 70% of all Royal Caribbean bookings have been registered on Club Rewards since the scheme launched.

Club Rewards has also helped around 2,500 agents experience Royal Caribbean ship launches since September 2014.

A recent survey revealed 93% of agents ranked Club Rewards as their top loyalty programme, according to Royal Caribbean.

And 80% of members surveyed log into Club Rewards at least once a month.

The Club Rewards team will be rolling out further enhancements in response to feedback this week.

Last year Club Rewards was made available through a single platform – myclubroyal.co.uk – along with training tools, the line’s booking system and sales materials.
