Saga has launched a new trade website and booking engine, allowing agents to book online as opposed to calling its contact centre.
The new website will give agents the over-50s operator’s latest offers, brochure launches and details of upcoming events and incentives.
Agents will need to register at sagaagents.co.uk and log in to view the full content. Support for agents from the contact centre is still available if needed, the operator – which started selling through agents in 2014 – stressed.
Head of trade sales Iain Powell said: “This is a key milestone for us and yet further evidence of our commitment to working with the trade. We recognise the volume of work undertaken by our agents and therefore it is vital that we are as easy to do business with as possible.
“Sagaagents.co.uk is not just a tool for agents to book their customers’ holidays on. It also holds our latest brochures, key offers, point of sale content and up to date Saga news; it is a one stop shop for our agent partners.”
