Meon Valley Travel has acquired Surrey-based independent Carolyn Lodge Travel for an undisclosed sum.
The family-run agency in Cranleigh was established by managing director Carolyn Lodge 30 years ago.
The company has twice been voted in the top two travel agencies in the UK by the Sunday Times.
She said: “I am truly delighted that we are joining Meon Valley Travel. Their professionalism and experience will enable us to move forward with the comfort of continued security and longevity for our lovely loyal clients whom we truly treasure.
“We shall now also be able to broaden our horizons with the greater resource, reach and support that we have respected from afar for many years.
