Clwyd Travel, formerly of 9 Glynne Way, Deeside, has ceased trading and cannot meet its future liabilities, according to ABTA.
The agency has been an ABTA member since 1983. Four members of staff including the owners are affected.
Any retail claims arising from the failure of Clwyd Travel Ltd will be handled by CEGA, ABTA’s claims handling partner.
