The Institute of Travel and Tourism (ITT) is to hold its second Question Time at World Travel Market (WTM) on Tuesday November 10.
The ITT has already announced plans to hold a series of nationwide Question Time events, based on the popular TV show. The first is to be held at the Radisson in Manchester airport on September 29.
Chairman Steven Freudmann revealed plans to hold the second Question Time on the main stage at the UK’s largest travel trade show WTM, held at London’s ExCeL exhibition centre.
The event will be moderated by The Times columnist Tim Hames and will cover topical issues affecting the travel industry. Speakers have yet to be confirmed for the event.
Freudmann said: “This will build on a big, new presence for the ITT at WTM.”
ITT, which recently announced plans to review the way it is governed, is also running specialist travel agent sessions on Thursday, November 12. These will focus on helping agents to maximise how they deal with customers during the recession.
