Hyatt Hotels introduces technology concierges


HYATT Hotels and Resorts has introduced technology concierges to help guests with problems such as setting up laptops, phones and Internet access.



In addition to helping the guest set up a mobile office in their room, the concierge will provide local contact numbers for software, PC suppliers and Internet providers.



The system is currently being trialled at the Hyatt Carlton Tower in London and if successful, it will be introduced at all of the group’s business-orientated properties



All Hyatt International guest rooms feature dataports and direct-dial digital telephones.



The company is in the process of trialling the hotel room of the future which willfeature interactive TV and high-speed laptop connectivity.
