Phase one of Crystal Cruises new dedicated agents’ website goes live today with sections where agents can find special offers, news and product updates from the cruiseline.
The site also has virtual tours of Crystal’s two ships, Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony, as well as images to download, sales tips and frequently asked questions. There is also a link to Crystal Cruise Academy, the cruiseline’s online training programme.
Crystal UK director of sales and marketing Andy Harmer said the new website is part of the “Take a fresh look at Crystal” campaign launched to underline the cruiseline’s commitment to the trade.
Harmer said: “This website will provide agents with whatever they need to sell our product. Crystal has always worked exclusively with the trade here in the UK so it’s incredibly important that we support them as much as we can.”
As part of the campaign, Crystal has relaunched its “Sell 3 Sail Free” incentive offering agents who make three bookings a free cruise in a balcony stateroom for themselves and a partner.
Also, the cruiseline is part way through four roadshows where agents can get product updates and details about its plans for 2010. Still to come are Manchester, Belfast and Glasgow on September 23, 28, and 30 respectively.
