JMC faces up to repetition

THE £200m Thomas Cook spent on dreaming up and marketing those infamous three letters, JMC, obviously didn’t extend to its brochures.


An eagle-eyed Backchat reader has spotted a clever piece of penny-pinching.


JMC has used the same pictures of one little girl in its summer-sun brochure to illustrate how much fun the punters can have.


She appears in 21 shots in Menorca, Tenerife, Rhodes, Crete, Torremolinos, The Algarve, Crete, Cyprus, Majorca, Lanzarote and Fuengirola. There are probably more, but we got fed up looking.


Backchat assumes she paid her way to all the resorts and bought her own face paint.
