P&O Cruises has added a new section about on-board dining to the Azura bonus module on its Waves of Wisdom online training programme.
The section focuses on Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar, who is creating Sindhu, the Indian restaurant opening on the 3,100-passenger new ship, launching in next April.
The additional training has been launched to coincide with October’s Azura newsletter for agents, which is all about Sindhu, and also highlights when Kochhar will be on board the vessel, taking part in live interviews and cookery demonstrations with the passengers.
P&O Cruises is offering agents who make a booking for the ship before October 31 the chance to win one of 10 places at Azura‘s naming ceremony in April 2010. Bookings need to be registered on the Complete Cruise Solution website and names will be picked at random.
Additional prizes available in return for bookings this month include 110 places at Azura‘s inaugural events next April, 31 of Atul Kochhar’s signed cookery books and 31 bottles of wine selected by Olly Smith, the man behind the Glass House wine bar and restaurant that will be on Azura.
