AUSTRALIA, New Zealand and South Africa feature for the first time in car-rental broker Worldwide Cars’ millennium brochure.
The broker, which was set up as the internal car-rental reservation centre for Holiday Mediterranean Group but is now an independent company, has also introduced rental availability of mini-vans and people carriers for the first time.
The two-year-old company, which specialises in trading through independent travel agents, said it felt the introduction of larger vehicles would be useful for people travelling to the larger countries it was introducing in its brochure.
The brochure also advises that the company does not charge cancellation fees or amendment fees. Worldwide Cars sales and promotion manager Jill O’Mara said: “Our competitors do not offer fourwheel products and people carriers and we feel there will be a demand for them in places like Australia and Canada.”
