Next month’s Elite Travel Group annual conference in Bournemouth is now sold out.
Ninety-five members and 67 suppliers will attend the event, which is being held on November 6 and 7 at the De Vere Royal Bath Hotel.
Elite Travel Group marketing and events manager Wendy Albutt said holding the conference in the UK rather than overseas had made it easier for members to attend. The conference was originally due to be held on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship but was changed when the credit crunch set in.
She said: “We are delighted with the response from both members and suppliers. Having moved the conference to the UK venue, we’ve seen many more members able to attend, and I’m sure the suppliers attending will appreciate networking with many more agents.”
Elite’s allocation of hotel rooms and sponsorship opportunities are now sold out. However, registrations for the conference can still be accepted, if accommodation is sourced separately.
