Virgin Holidays is set to relaunch its agent booking website – vhols4agents.com – after gaining feedback from the trade.
New additions to the site include an updated special offers page, an easily navigated search tool, and a map function detailing all the Virgin Holidays’ destinations worldwide.
Head of trade sales and distribution Mark Burns said: “We like horse’s mouth feedback – it means we are always aligned to what our agents want from the booking experience – online and offline.”
The new site also features ‘Valerie’, a virtual customer services assistant who has the answers to more than 3,000 questions. Valerie is updated on a weekly basis to include more information, helping agents answer customers’ questions.
