Fred Olsen Cruise Lines is offering savings of up to £400 in its Captains’ Collection of selected cruises next year.
The brochure features 52 cruises from the UK to Scandinavia, the Mediterranean, the Canary Islands and around Britain on all four of Fred Olsen’s ships.
Savings range from £30 for a single cabin on a mini-cruise, to £400 for a suite on an 18-night on more voyage. There are additional 5% savings for Oceans Club members who book at least six months in advance.
Offers include a five-night mini-cruise from Southampton to France on Black Watch on August 31 2010, from £574 per person cruise-only, and a 21-night voyage from Dover to Venice on Balmoral, which costs from £2,019 per person cruise-only.
The brochure also highlights Fred Olsen’s new Suite Dreams package, available from January 2010, designed to bolster bookings for its top-of-the-range accommodation.
Fred Olsen general sales manager Lol Nichols said the Captains’ Collection savings give agents an opportunity to maximise bookings ahead of the January rush. “Cruising is one of the best-value holiday choices available given how much is included in the price. In addition, at Fred Olsen, all on-board prices are in sterling, so there are no currency fluctuations to worry about,” he said.
