PTS revamps website after six month review

Travel industry protection firm Protected Trust Services has revamped its website to promote the fact it offers ‘one complete solution’ to tour operators and travel agents.

The group said it was keen to get the message out it can fufil a range of travel firms’ needs, from merchant services, insurance to industry compliance and travel software.

The new site separates all its services into sections, with easy-to-understand information on each, according to the company.

The overhaul is six months in the making and follows a review of the old site’s Google analytics and research with users on how they found the experience online.

PTS said it had developed the website with the aim of providing information to companies looking to join as well as the industry at large. It features details of a planned new solution to cater for independent travel agents.

It has also introduced a consumer protection page solely for consumers to help them understand their rights.

Daniel Landen, managing director, said: “The new website has been a big project for the PTS team as a whole for the past six months and we are delighted with the results.

“AT PTS I strongly believe in transparency and simplicity for our members and this shines through on our new site. January has already been a phenomenal start to 2019 for PTS and its members and our new website is a further step towards an incredible 2019.”
