Continental Airlines Vacations is launching a rewards programme for its top-performing agents.
The ‘Club Continental’ rewards programme is designed to improve relations between the brand and its agency partners and to drive leisure sales and inquiries for Continental Airlines Vacations.
Agents invited to join the scheme will receive promotional offers, special prices and commission. Club members can also win a place on Club Continental’s annual super fam.
Every booking made from Continental Airlines Vacations’ America and Canada 2010 brochure will earn club members £5 in cash benefits for an economy passenger and £50 for a BusinessFirst booking.
To launch the scheme, Continental Airlines Vacations is offering double cash benefits throughout January 2010. All bookings made between January 1 and 31 will earn £10 for an economy passenger and £60 for a BusinessFirst booking.
The benefits are loaded on to a disposable credit card and when the initial target of £50 has been reached, the card can be activated. Club members can choose whether to save their rewards for a special staff night out, or distribute them to staff.
Sales director Gerry Boyle said: “The Club Continental rewards scheme is designed to drive an affinity for the Continental Airlines Vacations brand with the trade, and help agents get the most from every booking they make. Already, 300 agents have signed up, but we would be delighted to talk to all agents that would like to join.”
Continental Airlines flies to North America from seven UK airports, including Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Heathrow and Manchester.
