A private four-bedroom villa with pool is among fresh details of a new Thomas Cook adults-only hotel planned to open in Ibiza this summer.
Casa Cook Ibiza has been designed by architects Miguel Garcia Quetglas and Andres Garcia Castiella who are behind some of the island’s iconic locations including Pikes Hotel and Café del Mar as well as clubs DC10, Amnesia and Es Paradis.
The 139-room property in Cala Gracio, just outside San Antonio, will feature a penthouse floor with large terraces and pools when it opens in July.
As well as 116 standard double rooms, and the villa with shared pool, there will be six swim-up pool rooms and three penthouse suites with large terraces.
Other features include a 50m pool – one of the biggest on the island – DJ sets, yoga and a vegan restaurant.
Ibiza will be the company’s fourth Casa Cook hotel, introduced two years ago to attract a new generation of holidaymakers.
The first opened in Rhodes in 2016, the second in Kos last summer and the third Casa Cook is due to open in Chania, Crete, in May.
Thomas Cook Hotels and Resorts creative director Remo Masala said: “Ibiza´s natural beauty and eclectic style of visitors is the perfect location for our fourth Casa Cook hotel.
“The design and breathtaking views from the penthouse floor together with the vegan-inspired restaurant and privacy of the private villa really does take our boutique hotel brand to the next level and provides the perfect base to explore everything that Ibiza has to offer, day and night.”
Prices for seven nights start at £1,359 per person, based on two people sharing a twin room, departing from Gatwick on July 5.
