THE Tourism Authority of Thailand launched its new training video for travel agents last week. TAT reports that 3,500 agents have already signed up for the 30min programme, which was produced by TCA World Training in conjunction with Travel Weekly and features a fly-on-the-wall documentary of six agents travelling around Thailand.
