4. Tanzanian safari and beach holiday

Combine romance and luxury with action and adventure on a safari and beach holiday in Tanzania.

On safari, accommodation is in luxurious en-suite tents, built on raised platforms with thatched roofs.  Each comes with a king-sized bed and veranda, ideal for watching the sun rise or set and for wildlife viewing.

The exclusive safari experience includes guided game drives in open-sided Land Rovers, escorted bush walks and a boat safari.

Honeymooners can join other guests at dinner to discuss the day’s viewing, or have an intimate meal for two under the stars on their veranda.

Guests stay at two safari camps. The Selous Safari Camp, near the Selous Game Reserve and Jongomero, is the only camp situated in the remote central south-western sector of the Ruaha National Park. Guests also take a pre or post-camp stay in one of nine beach cottages in Ras Kutani, set amid an unspoilt beach and lagoon.
