Bakers Dolphin to open shop at Bristol Airport

BRISTOLInternational Airport has chosen West Country miniple Bakers Dolphin to be its on-site retail agent.

The 75-branch retailer will open a shop in Bristol’s new £27m terminal when the facility opens next March.

Bakers Dolphin managing director Kevin Abbey said the outlet will offer usual agent services, but also information for arriving and departing passengers.

Abbey said he also expected the shop to be used by business travellers to change plans at the last minute and by holidaymakers booking their next trip.

The terminal will have 13 retail outlets, including Bakers Dolphin, and six restaurants and bars.

The airport’s marketing director Mike Luddy said the initial work on the terminal was largely completed and the time was right to select businesses as concessions.
