Inghams owner buys Esprit Ski and Ski Total

Espirit Ski and Ski Total have been bought by Inghams owner Hotelplan, it has been reported.

The Sunday Times’ report suggests the deal with Isis Private Equity is worth £25 million and will see Hotelplan become the second largest ski operator in the country behind Tui.

Ski Total specialises in ski chalet holidays and Esprit Ski targets the family skiing market and both are based in Hampshire.

Inghams said it would not comment on the deal but a formal statement will be issued tomorrow.
