Personal Concierges to help passengers plan and arrange excursions and special occasions are being introduced by Celebrity Cruises.
The free of charge service will be available across the fleet from September 1.
Personal Concierges provide expert advice in organising activities such as private shore excursions, spa and specialty dining experiences, on board birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and retirement celebrations.
They can also help with pre-cruise purchases of onboard experiences made through the online store celebritycruises.com/shopcelebrity.
Hotel operations senior vice president Lisa Lutoff-Perlo said: “We have designed the new Personal Concierge programme to help guests make their holiday with us a truly personalised experience.
The Personal Concierge on each ship is an expert in matching Celebrity Cruises onboard offerings to guests’ individual preferences.”
