Celebrity Cruises offer cruises out of Istanbul

Celebrity Cruises is to run a short series of cruises from Istanbul for the first time next year.

The newly-refurbished Celebrity Constellation will operate the 12-night Greek Islands and Turkey itineraries.

The 2,034-passenger ship is offering three departures, on September 19, October 1 and October 13 next year.

The fly-cruises from Istanbul include the Turkish resorts of Bodrum and Marmaris and Chania in Crete as new ports of call for the line.

Other destinations include Kusadasi for Ephesus, Rhodes, Santorini, Athens and Mykonos.

The itinerary includes an overnight stay on board the ship in Istanbul.

Celebrity Constellation was refurbished in May to include key elements of the company’s new Solstice-class vessels.
