Complete Cruise Solution (CCS) is hoping to take the mystery out of cruising with a new question and answer section on its website.
The new Ask CCS? facility is designed to answer common questions, such as whether customers should bring their own tea sets and what facilities are available for the under-16s.
Giles Hawke, sales director of CCS, said he hoped the sheer range of questions answered would mean the 34,000 agents registered to use the site wouuld be equipped to manage virtually every aspect of a customer’s booking.
If the answer isn’t available online, agents will be able to email the question direct to the company.
Hawke said: “It’s the finer details that can be so important in cementing a booking and Ask CCS? will empower agents to provide answers to all these questions with the click of a mouse.
“Ask CCS? has already been a huge success with our own reservations centre and we are confident that it will be equally valued by all agents from the high-street to the call centre.”
