Holiday Extras has acquired airport hotel and parking specialist City Hotel Reservations (CHR).
The company, which operates websites heathrowhotels.com and stanstedparking.com and was founded in 2003, has been a partner of the holiday add-ons firm for more than five years.
Holiday Extras has grown its airport hotel and parking business over the last two years with the building of its Purple Parking brand and website and acquisition of parking software firm Chauntry in November 2017.
Following a series of acquisitions, Holiday Extras is now valued at more than £100 million.
