A new online agent training programme has been devised by All Discovery Cruising, the trade facing arm for Hebridean Island Cruises, Swan Hellenic and Voyages of Discovery.
Designed to be highly visual with videos taking users through a selection of cruise video modules in up to three courses, the programme is designed to support the three All Leisure Group niche cruise brands.
The use of All Discovery Cruising employees as course guides enables the information to be detailed in a more personal, in-depth detail.
To mark National Cruise Week on September 19-26 any agent who completes the online training at www.discoverycruisingexpert.com will receive a free t-shirt.
Sales and marketing director Geoff Lawrence said: “With new brochures now available across all three brands, it is vital that our trade partners have as much support as possible when selling our itineraries to customers.
“The site now gives agents the opportunity to discover more about the itineraries, speakers and exclusive features of each ship.”
