‘Ghost’ footage caught by Thomas Cook CCTV

CCTV images of what some are calling ghostly behaviour inside a Thomas Cook shop have been revealed.

The footage comes from a former funeral parlour, now pub and travel agency, in Penrith, Cumbria.

On successive weeks in the early hours of the morning, security cameras are said to have recorded bizarre events which a spiritual medium has put down to psychic phenomena.

In the Wolfe pub in Little Dockray a glowing image hovers then flies through the wall.

And in separate footage, the Thomas Cook office is illuminated as a computer turns itself on and a poster falls from the shop’s window seconds later.

A report in local newspaper the News & Star gives the views of a medium who said a 16-year-old girl had hung herself in what is now the agency due to the shame of a pregnancy in the 1800s.
