Tipto has signed a new member, Red Sea Holidays, taking its membership to 17.
The operator is owned by an Egyptian family and has been in business since January 2009.
About 90% of its business comes from the trade so a key focus of its strategy for 2011 will be to consolidate, strengthen and develop its trade partnerships.
Sales director Jason Hilton said: “The independent retailer is at the heart of our business model.
“We believe joining Tipto will give us access to a whole host of good retailers across the country, and help in our objective of becoming the UK’s leading tour operator to the Red Sea.”
Tipto chairman Allan Lambert said: “We are delighted to welcome Red Sea Holidays to Tipto.
“Its close industry relationships and continued pledge to prioritise the trade means it will benefit from the tools Tipto offers including the website, agent training and roadshows.”
Red Sea Holidays has recently expanded it operation with capacity added for 2011 with a further nine regional airports added to next year’s programme.
Red Sea Holidays is part of a group which comprises Red Sea Hotels, Grand Cruises and a resort ground-handling operation.
