A new boss has been named for Virgin Holidays Cruises following the departure of Leslie Peden earlier this year.
Richard Twynam, most recently with TUI Travel’s UK specialist division, takes up the position of managing director of the Swindon-based cruise retailer on Monday (October 4).
The business has been overseen by interim managing director Chris Woodbridge-Cox.
Twynam brings more than 15 years experience in the travel industry to the company, including senior roles in sales at Cathay Pacific, Air New Zealand and Travelmood.
“He will be responsible for successfully continuing to develop and grow the business as we move forward,” the company said.
