Thomas Cook Group has completed the purchase of leading German operator Öger Tours after winning the green light from the European Commission.
The deal for the specialist to Turkey has been finalised following competition clearance from the Commission and satisfaction of other conditions, Thomas Cook said.
The acquisition was originally announced three months ago. Öger Tours carried more than 400,000 passengers in the year to October 2009 and reported gross revenues of €256 million and operating profit of €3.3 million.
