World Travel Market is the travel industry’s premier international event.
WTM is held every November at Excel London, providing a unique opportunity for the travel trade to meet, network and do business.
Last year WTM attracted 45,532 travel industry participants (ABC audited figure).
This year’s event takes place on November 7 – 10 2010.
The information below outlines how Travel Weekly will be organising the WTM preview feature on October 27 and the daily editions at the show.

Daily editions of Travel Weekly
Travel Weekly will publish a daily edition on each day of the show. Each daily will contain a themed features section to be prepared in advance, plus pages of news and photos from the show.
Monday November 7: Global travel trends, including special report on sports tourism and the 2012 London Olympics
Tuesday November 8: Destination Identity, including how destinations are branding and marketing themselves
Wednesday November 9: Responsible Tourism
Thursday November 10: Business Advice for Agents and SMEs

- The first issue of the dailies (November 7 issue) will be completed prior to the show
- Travel Weekly will produce daily news for both web and print on all four days of the show
- If you would like to arrange an interview at the show, please submit an interview request form by October 20
- We cannot guarantee articles will be published. Stories will be published on merit.
- Due to the volume of interest in WTM coverage, we are unable to take enquiries by telephone. Please email wtm@travelweekly.co.uk
Photographs
- Photographs must be high resolution (300 dpi) and in focus
- If you would like a photographer to take a picture at the show please submit a picture request form by October 20
