Winter cruise videos designed to bring itineraries to life for agents and customers have been issued online by Voyages of Discovery.
Agents can use the cruise videos to experience a flavour of new itineraries and destinations from a new 2011/12 programme, including Australia’s Great Barrier Reef, Japan, Myanmar, Vietnam and China.
The two-minute videos, using onboard and destination-led footage to showcase each cruise, can be viewed via voyagesofdiscovery.co.uk/cruisevideos.
A 21-day Empires of the Sun cruise and a 17-day Tales of India and Arabia itinerary, both new to the winter 2011/12 brochure, are available as cruise videos.
Operations director Dudley Smith said: “Our new cruise videos are of upmost importance to our trade partners, providing an extra selling tool for all new Voyages of Discovery winter itineraries and product.
“The videos truly capture the intimate nature of Discovery’s smaller size cruising and also give potential customers an idea of what they might experience on board.”
