Advantage member Palagan ceases trading

Abta has announced that Buckinghamshire-based Palagan Travel has ceased trading having become unable to meet its liabilities.

The travel agency member of consortium Advantage Travel Centres was based in Wendover and failed on November 16, according to the trade association.

In a statement Abta said “if any principals dealt with this company on the CAPS payment system they should contact Advantage Travel Centres Ltd in the first instance”.

Any retail claims arising from the failure of Palagan Travel Ltd will be handled by the ABTA Claims department. It can be contacted on 0300 303 1522 or emailed on abtaclaims@abta.co.uk.
