Emirates has confirmed that its long-standing president Tim Clark is to retire next year.
Clark, who joined the world’s largest international airline in 1985, will step down in June 2020.
He was part of the Emirati airline’s founding team, and took the role of president in 2003.
Before joining Emirates, Clark worked at Gulf Air and Caledonian Airways.
A spokeswoman for Emirates confirmed Clark will be stepping down but said the airline was not issuing any further statement.
