Supplier marketing organisation Tipto has recruited Karan Hopkins of Holiday Elite to its Agent Ambassador Programme.
She aims to use her experience as a homeworker to help Tipto support agents and promote the association to her peers.
Hopkins will attend the association’s general meetings to offer advice about roadshows, training events, incentives and Tipto’s social media channels.
Nick Hughes, Tipto chairman, said: “Her background as a homeworker and her experience of interacting with suppliers will certainly bring a useful perspective to our set-up and ongoing improvement.
“We look forward to utilising Karan’s knowledge to positively impact our overall efforts in training agents to mutually improve sales.”
Hopkins added: “During my time as a homeworker, I have found Tipto’s events invaluable in terms of keeping me up to date on supplier news and developments.
“The industry insights and selling tips I’ve picked up over the years have always aided my selling potential so I’m a huge advocate for this style of training.
“I’m absolutely delighted to have secured a place on the Tipto Agent Ambassador Programme and look forward to utilising my experience to help shape its future.”
Tipto is still seeking new Agent Ambassadors – agents who regularly attend Tipto roadshow events and are registered at www.tipto.co.uk.
