Having worked for Lunn Poly for almost eight years, I feel I should inform others in the industry of the ridiculous policies being carried out in its holiday shops.
Staff who leave are not replaced and new recruits with no experience are put on the desks to sell. Mistakes are made and loyal staff who have experience are left to sort out the problems. Almost all the managers in our region spend too much work time catching up on news and gossip.
Lunn Poly, get your act together, your loyal staff are going elsewhere or evenleaving the travel tradealtogether – like me.
