Former Virgin Holidays Cruises managing director Leslie Peden has been named as European sales director for Rocky Mountaineer.
London-based Peden will be responsible for all sales in Europe for the Canadian luxury rail operator.
This includes strategic management, contract negotiations and business development plans for key tour operators, wholesalers and travel agents.
Peden, formerly with Island Cruises, Royal Caribbean International and Virgin Atlantic, will also oversee the company’s European sales division.
