Governments and multinational corporations are requesting urgent flights for foreign nationals wishing to leave Egypt, according to air charter firm Chapman Freeborn Airchartering.
The global aircraft charter specialist has organised multiple repatriation flights from Cairo on executive jets and large aircraft to bring passengers home as soon as possible.
The company expects demand to increase further in the coming days as unrest continues in Egypt.
Group passenger director Darren Banham said: “We have organised a number of flights for clients to help move their people out of Egypt as quickly and safely as possible. As the situation develops we are ready to deal with the expected increase in demand.”
